Primary school child with shortness of breath. Unhappy to have an xray taken.

Neckless left in situ for radiograph being taken.  Unhappy child.

Heart shaped neckless artifact.

Lungs clear.

Case Discussion

Sometimes it is easier said than done in emergencies and with upset children to remove clothing or accessories which may interfere with image interpretation.

 Valentine's day in the air?
