Axial contrast-enhanced MDCT reveals an ill-defined inflammation around the pancreas, especially around the head and body with a fluid collection in the peripancreatic region. The head of pancreas is swollen and replaced by inflammatory exudate. There is a stone in the gallbladder as well.
