Case Discussion

Most neonatal head fractures are caused by falls, commonly from a caregiver's arms or by accidental struck by a person/object and usually result in skull fractures and scalp hematomas with an overall good prognosis 1,2. Most neonates were asymptomatic with a Glasgow Coma Scale 15 2. Treatment is generally conservative.
