Findings was changed:

There is bilateral diffuse cystic encephalomalacia in white matter  at both cerebral hemispheres more prominent at fronto-parietal lobes of marked decrease signal intensity in T1WI ,  FLIRFLAIR and increase signal intensity in T2WI associated with  compensatory dilatation at 3rd, lateral ventricles and cortical sulci .

The basal ganglia, thalami, mid brain, brain stem and cerebellum are unremarkable for patient’s age.

Arachnoidcyst is seen in posterior fossa.

The corpus callosum is thin.
