Findings was changed:

There is bilateral diffuse cystic encephalomalacia in the white matter atof both cerebral hemispheres.

Findings are more prominent atin the frontoparietal lobes ofwith marked decreased signal intensity in T1WI and FLAIR, and increased signal intensity in T2WI associated with compensatory dilatation atof the 3rd ventricle, lateral ventricles and cortical sulci.

The basal ganglia, thalami, midbrain, brain stembrainstem and cerebellum are unremarkable for the patient’s age.

ArachnoidAn arachnoid cyst is seen in the posterior fossa.

The corpus callosum is thin.
