Well-defined round 2.8 cm mass in the right suprarenal space with internal cystic change. This abuts but does not arise from, the upper pole of the right kidney.
Liver, spleen and left kidney normal.
Para-aortic regions obscured by bowel gas.
Case Discussion
This right suprarenal mass was first observed on antenatal imaging. Imaging was repeated the day of birth with the appearances most consistent with neonatal neuroblastoma.
