- Left nephroptosis - the origin of the left renal vessels is seen at the same level as on the right side.
- The left renal fascia and fat are seen herniating through the left inguinal canal, the lowermost portion of the fat in the scrotum shows stranding and surrounding fluid suggesting inflammatory cause or vascular compromise.

Case Discussion
Left nephroptosis is presumed with the left renal vessels origin seen at the same level as on the right side and displaced caudally. The left renal fascia and fat are seen herniating through the left inguinal canal, the lowermost portion of the fat in the scrotum shows stranding and surrounding fluid suggesting inflammation or vascular compromise.
