Case Discussion
In this case a percutaenous nephrostomy tube was inserted for urosepsis secondary to obstruction from a ureteric stone.
The patient's clinical status improved significantly within 12 hours of nephrostomy tube insertion showing its value in the acute setting with infected stone disease.
