A small mass appears on a screening mammogram

Magnified cc view of the right breast. The anterior lesion is stable on follow up. The posterior lesion is new.
The lesion anterior on the mammogram is low density with a fatty hilum. It's a small intramammary node. The new lesion posterior is of high density with just a hint of spiculation?
Ultrasound imaging of the new posterior mass, reveals a well-defined solid hypoechoic homogeneous mass lesion with smooth outline, no calcifications, wider than tall, with normal compressed surrounding breast parenchyma.
Case Discussion
The ultrasound shows a well-defined solid lesion. I had thought it was probably a fibroadenoma but the slightly prominent thickened capsule was a little strange initially.
Biopsy confirmed a nerve sheath tumor.
I am always leery when things appear in a post-menopausal breast.
