Gaseous colonic distention due to poor preparation, sparing central part of lower abdomen.

I123 MIBG scan 24H

Nuclear medicine

Blood Pool phase of MIBG scan shows intense tracer uptake in the lower abdomen with no evidence of MIBG-avid disease elsewhere.

mri

Large retroperitoneal mass lesion is seen at the prevertebral region displacing the aorta and iliac arteries anteriorly. It shows heterogeneous texture with low signal on T1 and high signal on T2 with avid postcontrast enhancement.
