Presentation

Non-specific right lower abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

There is an irregular eccentric circumferential thickening with the enhancement of an ileal loop located in the right iliac fossa with mesenteric lymphadenopathy (largest measures 28 x 22 mm).

Case Discussion

CT features of irregular eccentric thickening of a distal ileal loop with associated mesenteric lymphadenopathy. A colonoscopy with ileoscopy and ileal biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of a neuroendocrine tumor.
