Typical stigmata of neurofibromatosis type I. Muscular atrophy and paresis of the upper extremities.

Gender: Female

Neurofibromas along the course of cranial nerve X on both sides, left > right with T2-hyperintense signal and contrast enhancement. Also extensive neurofibromatosis of the cervical spinal nerves and brachial plexus on both sides.
