Left optic nerve enlargement in retrobulbar space with mild enhancement after contrast administration.
Case Discussion
This is a known case of neurofibromatosis type1 with bilateral optic pathway glioma.
The main differential is optic nerve meningioma. The presence of calcification in meningioma may help differentiate it from an optic nerve glioma 1.
