History of spinal trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

The urinary bladder is small and shows irregular margin with multiple outpouchings inferring diverticula.

Case Discussion

Features are most consistent with neurogenic bladder which is a term applied to a dysfunctional urinary bladder that results from an injury to the central or peripheral nerves that control and regulate urination.
