A left frontal lobe intra-axial well defined, non-enhancing, CSF intensity unilocular cystic lesion with no surrounding edema. No enhancement or communication with either the subarachnoid space or ventricle.

Incidental lesion with no sinister features. It most likely represents a neuroglial cyst.
