A well defined intra-axial cystic lesion of CSF density with smooth wall and thin septum inside is seen at the left frontal region with no related edema or mass effect , going with a neuroglial cyst.
Case Discussion
This cyst was discovered incidentally 5 years ago & diagnosed as a neuroglial cyst. Since then the patient didn't complain of any neurological symptoms. She also denied any previous history of head trauma or vascular insult.
The cyst showed no change in size or radiological appearance when compared to the previous CT examinations (not shown).
