Gender: Male

Right frontal lobe hypodense round lesion. No calcifications. No other lesions are seen. 

Case Discussion

Differential diagnosis includes :

  1. neuroglial cyst
  2. arachnoid cyst
  3. ependymal cyst

MRI confirmed the diagnosis of a neuroglial cyst (not available at the moment).
