Severe right facial pain. Known fibrous dysplasia of the left maxilla. Previous neurostimulator insertion for facial pain

Age: 20
Gender: Female

Typical features of fibrous dysplasia in left maxilla including expansion and ground glass appearance. 2 electrodes have been placed in the subcutaneous tissues overlying the abnormal maxilla and also the left masseter muscle.
