Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Four years history of right trigeminal neuralgia

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

There is a contact between the right superior cerebellar artery and the cisternal portion of the ipsilateral trigeminal nerve approximately 4.5 mm from the root entry zone (presumed transition zone). 

Tortuous basilar artery is noted.
