An enhancing nipple mass has few differential diagnoses.  It It is not Paget disease of the nipple (ie(i.e. a more diffuse malignant process rather a discrete mass as in this case). Nipple adenoma is a a type of intraductal papilloma that arises within the lactiferous ducts of the nipple thus it is a florid form of papillomatosis.
