ct

diffuse bilateral fairly symmetrical supratentorial white matter hypo-attenuation, mostly reflecting diffuse cerebral edema.

Chest

x-ray

Multiple bilateral ill-defined pulmonary opacities, suspicious for multiple pulmonary contusions.

Case Discussion

Suspected diffuse cerebral edema and multiple pulmonary contusions, consistent with non-accidental injury. A skeletal survey is recommended.
