Presentation

Fall on the outstretched hand. X-rays reportedly normal. Persistent pain and restricted mobility.

Patient Data

Age: 45
Gender: Female

T1 hypointense and STIR hyperintense band through the distal meta/epiphysis of the radius. Hemarthrosis of the distal radioulnar joint. Probably pre-existent intraosseous cysts of the scaphoid bone.
