Presentation

Left flank pain.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
ct

A 25×20 mm mass-like consolidation is present at left lingular segments. A few smaller lung and subpleural nodules are also observed bilaterally.
A few lymphadenopathies are seen at the right paratracheal region with maximum SAD of 16 mm.
The spleen is enlarged and its cephalocaudal height measured 205mm. Additionally, multiple ill-defined low-enhancing masses are seen in spleen.
There are also several enlarged lymph nodes at porta hepatis and para aortic regions.

Case Discussion

Path proven non-Hodgkin lymphoma with mediastinal and abdominal lymphadenopathies; pulmonary mass-like lesion and nodules and splenomegaly with splenic masses.
