Presentation

Abdominal pain and mass feeling.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

Large infiltrative mass is present at para-aortic region with encasement of aorta, celiac artery trunk and its main branches, superior mesenteric and both renal arteries.   
The spleen is markedly enlarged and its craniocaudal height measured 180mm. Multiple hetero-enhancing masses are seen in spleen. Some amount free fluid is seen in pelvis. Degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the lumbar spine.
