  • multiple enlarged bilateral axillary lymph nodes, largest on the left measuring 29 x 21mm
  • multiple enlarged para-aortic, aorto-caval, periportal, peripancreatic and celiac nodes, largest measuring 35 x 24mm
  • splenomegaly (187mm)
