Multiple discrete enlarged lymph nodes seen in mesentery, para aortic, aorto caval and paracaval stations encasing without infiltrating the mesenteric vasculature.

Case Discussion

Discrete mildly enhancing abdominal lymph nodes that encase rather than displacing normal structures is typical of lymphoma the most common being non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Histopathologically proven and started on chemotherapy.
