Being treated for non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Non-acute, generalized abdominal pain.

The spleen is massively enlarged and this is not balanced by hepatomegaly.

Case Discussion

Isolated splenomegaly of this magnitude in a patient with non-hodgkin lymphoma is most likely secondary to splenic involvement.
