Asymmetrically hyperdense left putamen is seen.
Case Discussion
This patient has a long history of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, presented to the emergency department with right hemichorea and athetosis. Gluco-check at the emergency department showed glucose of more than 600, suggestive of non-ketotic hyperglycemia.
