Info

IUD present. Colon wall thickening from distal transverse through proximal sigmoid with pericolonic fat stranding. Small ascites.
Case Discussion
The typical pattern of non-occlusive ischemic colitis - from around the splenic flexure (in this case, distal transverse) through mid sigmoid colon - a similar pattern to the IMA. This could be reported as "colitis from the distal transverse through proximal sigmoid colon in a pattern typical for non-occlusive ischemia".
