A displaced fracture of the distal diaphysis of the left femur. It shows an underlying eccentric bony lytic lesion with thin transition zone and sclerotic rim based upon the cortex of the femur.

Case Discussion

Features are representative of a giant non-ossifying fibroma with pathological fracture.
