Expansile eccentric cortical lucent lesion of the posterolateral aspect of the diaphysometaphyseal region of the distal femur, long axis parallel to the axis of the bone (length = 34 mm) with peripheral sclerotic and thinning of the cortex. No pathological fracture, periosteal reaction, or adjacent soft tissue abnormality is seen.
Case Discussion
The patient's age and radiographic features are most consistent with a non-ossifying fibroma (incidental finding).
