There is an expansile eccentric multiloculated cortical lucent lesion involving the lateral aspect of the diaphysometaphyseal region of the distal femur with peripheral sclerotic, thinning of the cortex, narrow transition zone with the normal bone. No pathological fracture, periosteal reaction, or adjacent soft tissue abnormality is seen.
Case Discussion
The patient's age and CT features are most consistent with a non-ossifying fibroma (incidental finding).
