45 Y/O patient with breath shortness

Patient Data

Age: 45 year old
Gender: Female

Basal and peripheral opacities are seen with traction bronchiectases. Dominant pattern of lung opacities is ground-glass. No evidence of honeycombing. 

Case Discussion

 

Peripheral ground-glass opacities consistent of non-specific interstitial pneumonia ( NSIP ).
