Presentation

Rheumatoid arthritis with insidious shortness of breath

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

Bronchiactatic changes at the right middle lobe.

Ground glass opacification of both lungs with subpleural reticulation. No honeycombing is seen. Right middle and lower lobes bronchiectasis. Coronal images demonstrate to a better extent the subpleural reticulation.

Enlargement of the pulmonary artery indicative of pulmonary hypertension.
