Diagnosis probable


Chronic dyspnea

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Diffuse ground glass opacities are noted in both lungs, more predominant in the lower lobes.
Subpleural sparing is appreciated.
Irregular reticular opacities in the both lungs, more pronounced in the lower lobes. Lower lobes also show fair traction bronchiectasis

No honey combing formation.

Case Discussion

The CT features are probable of nonspecific interstitial pneumonia (NSIP).
