Headache and slurred speech for two days.

Age: 85 years
Gender: Male

A fresh blood density acute intra-cerebral hematoma noted at the body of corpus callosum measures about 29 x 24 x 23 mm, exerting a mild mass effect on the lateral ventricles with no intra-ventricular extension.

Prominent white matter hypodensities with signs of brain involution.
