A bony structure with regular cortex is seen at the presumed position of the medial epicondyle with no swelling of the adjacent soft tissue.
Case Discussion
These appearances in a patient with a normal examination and a recent history of trauma should not be confused with avulsion-fracture of the medial epicondyle.
