Presentation

Chief complaint: pain in the right shoulder for 1 month, history of right clavicle fracture some years ago treated at a different center. Local examination: bony irregularity noted on right clavicle.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

The distal third of the right clavicle shaft shows a non-united displaced fracture.
