Presentation

Primary hyperaldosteronism with hypertension.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female

Adrenal

Both adrenal glands are normal in size and appearances, no focal abnormality or nodularity identified. The adrenal glands enhance normally.  Retroperitoneum appears normal.

The kidneys, visible aspects of the liver, spleen, and pancreas are normal. No lymphadenopathy or free fluid.
