Admitted with sepsis and leg swelling. Suspected DVT/cellulitis. CXR to assess for septic source.

Age: 75 years
Gender: Female

No consolidation or collapse.

No effusion or pneumothorax.

Normal cardiomediastinal contour and pulmonary vasculature.
