Time of flight MR angiogram. Intracranial arterial circulation is unremarkable, and no aneurysm or other vascular malformation was demonstrated. On the lateral surface of the right cavernous ICA, a tiny (<1mm) focus is seen that most likely represents a prominent origin of the inferolateral trunk.
Case Discussion
This case shows a normal time of flight (TOF) brain MRA. For other normal examples like this one, please refer to the article on normal brain imaging exams.
