Presentation

BRCA 1 positive. Routine annual screening. No clinical concerns or previous lesions.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

The breasts demonstrated scattered fibroglandular densities (BIRADS classification B). Minimal coarse calcification is demonstrated bilaterally. No microcalcification, architectural distortion or breast mass demonstrated. No skin thickening or nipple retraction. Axillae are unremarkable.

Normal appearance of the breast parenchyma, with no suspicious focal breast abnormality demonstrated. No axillary lymphadenopathy.
