Extensive fibroglandular dense breasts.
Area of asymmetric density/fullness on the left laterally, four to five o'clock close to the chest wall, spanning approximately 2.5 cm in maximum diameter shows early but progressive enhancement, type 1 enhancement curve.
Few small foci (up to 5 mm) of enhancement in both breasts, spread across the glandular tissue bilaterally, largely unchanged from last year's imaging, without remarkable enhancement pattern.
No suspicious lesion or lymphadenopathy.
Incidental sternalis muscles.
