Cervical spinal alignment and prevertebral soft tissues are normal. No paravertebral hematoma. No cervical spine fracture.

Multiple sequences including Dixon method fat / water only have been obtained. Vertebral height, disc height, bone marrow signal, alignment and prevertebral soft tissues are normal. There is no evidence of edema or ligamentous disruption. The cord is normal in signal. The canal and neural exit foramina are capacious. Normal flow-voids are demonstrated within the vertebral arteries. Limited views of the posterior fossa are unremarkable.
