Shortness of breath.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Heart size normal.

Lungs clear.  Normal mediastinal contours.

Case Discussion

An increasing number of the population has a BMI.  It is important to be familiar with the normal appearances of the chest radiograph in this patient group and the challenges it may present in interpretation.
