Rapid onset sensory disturbance.

A typical and normal "code stroke" protocol consisting of: 

  • non-contrast CT brain
    • reconstructed in three planes
    • automated ASPECT score
  • CT perfusion
    • MTT
    • Tmax
    • rCBV
    • rCBF
  • CTA from arch to vertex 
    • edge algorithm of intracranial vessels
    • MIP and surface shaded renders

Case Discussion

This patient went on to have a diagnosis of migraine established clinically. Symptoms spontaneously resolved.
