 Normal MRI appearence of the bilateral normal crystalline lenses.

Case Discussion

Normal appearance of the crystalline lens on MRI:

  • Oval shaped (biconvex)
  • Hypointense on T2W images, hyperintense on T1W and FLAIR images compared to the vitreous humor

T2W is the best MRI sequence for lens assessment.
