No intra- or extra-axial collection or hemorrhage demonstrated. No focal abnormality. Grey-white differentiation is preserved. Ventricular size, sulcal pattern and basal cisterns all appear normal. No bony abnormality demonstrated. Hypodensities within the transverse sinuses and central straight sinus represent arachnoid granulations.
