Presentation

Left arm weakness for 60 minutes, now resolved.

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

Intracranial circulation is unremarkable with no vascular malformation, aneurysm or stenosis. No branch occlusion. Dominant left vertebral artery. Bilateral cavernous ICA and left vertebral artery calcification.
