Presentation

Interscapular pain ? dissection.

Patient Data

Age: 60-65 years
Gender: Male

Normal thoracic aorta. No evidence of dissection. Origins of the left and right coronary arteries are patent. No pericardial effusion.

Small hiatal hernia.
